Heat sealers need to be cleaned regularly to help ensure they remain efficient and reliable. With continued use material residue may build up on the sealing area and cause issues with seal contact.

The stainless-steel surfaces of the device can be wiped clean, however even if you’re only wiping down the outside frame of your heat sealing machine, always make sure the machine is switched off. Water can cause long-term damage to your heat sealer.

Before cleaning: Disconnect from the mains! Clean the device only with a dry or damp soft cloth and a mild cleaning agent. Do not allow any water to find its way into the device. Caution! Never wet clean the device!
