What is VCI Film?

VCI Film is a VCI-infused polyethylene film or sheet that offers corrosion protection for metals when used as VCI packaging.

VCI Film is lightweight and flexible, making it an ideal choice for VCI packaging of components, parts, and assemblies with irregular shapes.

These films range in thickness from 0.5 mils to 1.5 mils and are offered in VCI-saturated or VCI-emitting varieties. VCI Film should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and in conditions below 85°F (30°C) and 50% RH until it is ready for use.

VCI Films are often used in combination with VCI Papers & VCI Bags to create complete VCI Packaging solutions. VCI Films are a great choice for VCI packaging due to their low cost, ease of use, and durability.
