How To Use A Band Sealer Machine?

It is always best to check the instruction manual with each machine to understand the best practice when using a band sealer but in general once the machine is configured, positioned, and plugged in correctly you simply align you bags or flexible packaging material with the bag feeder to start the sealing process.

The PTFE cord will weld through your packaging material, creating a clean and optimal hermetic heat seal.

We always advise several tests seals are conducted prior to operation to decide on the best sealing parameters. Material and sealing speed are important variables when deciding how best to use the band sealer.
